I just do not get it.

Here I am 3 days since my last post and fast approaching another weigh in where I know I have not done well. Do not get me wrong, I am not going on a binge or eating crazy stuff I am just not following plan like I know I should. I am not writing down my food, etc. I can not figure out for life of me why I can not seem to follow through on something I believe to be so important to me?????? I am really searching for some answers here???????

As you may have read I am also having issues lately, but this last week I have been back on track as far as eating goes.

My advice is to go back to what you know works. You may not be binging but you r points may not be the most healthy. Plan out several days and get back on track. I has worked for me this week and I feel like I have been successful. Now if I could just get back on the exercise routine.

I think we all go through lazy periods. You just have to get up in the morning and tell yourself to do it. Then do it :) You will make it to your goal!!

I just posted the first of two posts about how we successfully change behavior -- focus on the vital behaviors (like tracking your food), then ask do you think it's worth it? do you think you can do it? then set yourself up for success. OK, summarizing in a comment falls a little flat, but there are specific techniques you can use to help yourself! Hang in there!
